Cruces Hall Doll Museum This
interesting museum features over 300 rare and antique dolls from all over the
world including some of the carved wood; “Court Dolls” which belong to Marie
Antoinette. The museum is located in the Ardmore Public Library. 320 E. St.

Autry, Oklahoma Museum About 15 miles north of
Ardmore, the Gene Autry, Oklahoma
Museum is dedicated to the singing B Western movie cowboys of the 1930’s-50s.
The museum hosts the annual Gene Autry, Oklahoma film festival around
September-October. Hours are Saturday, 10am. -4p.m. and Sunday 1 p.m.-4 p.m.
year round. Appointments are also accepted and special group tours can be

Falls Park The state’s
oldest park, Turner Falls has been a popular recreation area since 1868.
Descried as one of the three geological windows to our past. The naturalist will
find much to study in the park’s cave, geological formations and natural
springs. The natural swimming pool, sandy beaches, nature and beautiful picnic
area are sure to please those looking for outdoor fun. The park also allows
fishing and camping. Turner Falls is five miles south on Davis on US Hwy. 77.

Murray State Park and Resort This
is Oklahoma’s oldest state park and surrounded by the beautiful lake Murray.
The park offers archery, ballparks, a riding stable, boating, skiing, and a
firework display over the lake on the 4th of July, Tucker Tower
Museum and Nature Center and much more. The park received the State Park of the
Year award. The Oklahoma Clean Lakes Association has voted Lake Murray as the
cleanest lake in Oklahoma. KOA
Campgrounds This
year round, 21-acre campground offers a multitude of outdoor recreational
opportunities, including volleyball and badminton. The campground also features
an indoor recreational room. Lake Murray State Park, Oklahoma’s largest park
is just a drive and offers swimming, fishing and horseback riding. Tent sites
and 31 RV hookups are also available I-35. Exit 21, Marietta. 276-2800 Arbuckle
Wilderness Approximately 2,000 exotic
animals roam freely on the grounds of this 400-acre park, which is considered to
be Oklahoma’s biggest tourist attraction. On the eight-mile drive-through area
of the park, animals will approach your vehicle. There’s also a walk through
the zoo. Other features include a figure-eight go-cart track, a Baja four-wheel
track, paddleboat rides, camel rides, catfish feeding dock, games of skill,
music shows, the 35-foot Giraffe Moonbounce and the Fort Wilderness playgrounds.
